We had a really busy but fun Halloween! I was trying to clean because I couldn't stand the sight of my dirty bathroom anymore that always goes really well with Kinsley trying to help! We met Brandon's family at Chili's at 4:00 p.m. after we drove to Kaysville to take Brandon a change of clothes since he forgot. Kinsley didn't really get a nap so she was just wonderful at the restaurant. I was all ready irritated after trying 10 or 15 times to get Kinsley to sit long enough to get a decent picture of her and the girls. At the restaurant she didn't want to sit either and she screamed like I had just stabbed her because I took her snack cup away since she was only throwing her snacks on the floor. When the finally brought her food she wouldn't really eat but it a good thing she loves coloring or the whole meal would have been a disaster. She has never acted like that so I hope she's not starting her terrible 2's early. (Hopefully I can keep my sanity through that)! Next we headed off to the trunk or treat at the school by our house and I was dreading it since Kinsley was acting so naughty. She really surprised me I expected her to just want to run away from us like she had been at Chili's and throw a fit because she couldn't eat her candy until the end. Instead she held onto Daddy's hand with one hand held her bucket in the other and just walked along with a big old grin on her face. She loved it! When she was all done she plopped down right in the middle of the parking lot and dug into her bucket for "Yum Yum's," as she calls anything she really likes. What a kid! Later that night the monster in her came back out and when she had to go to bed she was so unbelievably tired that she threw the biggest tantrum ever! This caused her to get big welt looking hives all over her face like a weird rash. We didn't dare to put her to bed since we weren't sure if she was having an allergic reaction to something so then we got to deal with her even longer. It was my fault because she was so over tired but how was she going to go to sleep with kids pounding on the door and ringing the doorbell all night. We waited until the rash was gone and it was around 9 or 9:30 Makayla put a sign on the door that read. "Baby sleeping, ran out of candy Happy Halloween!" I stayed up and folded laundry and Brandon went to bed! Thank goodness the night was over before I lost my mind!
